Their son, Doug, joined the company in 1967 and started the septic cleaning and portable toilet rentals division of the company.  In 1977, a home building division was started and over 800 homes were constructed.  Then, in 1979, the HVAC department was added with Doug at the helm of its operations. In 1981, Doug was made President and he immediately began to expand the company with nine acquisitions in three states.  He sold off the home and HVAC divisions in order to build and focus entirely on the portable restroom business. Today, Doug Pierson and his staff continue to strive to exceed customer expectations in their service to them. Index Contact Us! He serves on the board of the Queenstown Bank, Department of Natural Resources Boat Act Committee, Talbot County Hog Neck Golf Course, Queen Anne’s County Chamber of Commerce, The Eastern Shore Chapter of the American Cancer Society and as an Honorary Chairman of the Business Advisory Council. Doug is also a member of the Easton Elks, American Legion Post # 296, the Caroline Country Club, the Chesapeake Bay Boating Association and the Bay Country Moose. In 1995, he received the Boy Scouts Man of the Year award, 1995 Business Man of the Year and most recently, in 2003, the National Leadership Award.
